三洋(SANYO)导电性高分子钽固体电容(POSCAP)
POSCAP因为在阳极采用钽烧结体(APA系列为铝箔),在阴极里采用独自的做法使高分子有机半导体形成具有高度的导电性能,不仅使得形状大幅度变小,高度变低,等效串联电阻(ESR) 变小。并且拥有出色的高频率特性, 最为适合电子设备的数字化, 高频化的小型化电容器。同时也具有可靠性高,耐热性的特性。
